Today it is cold. Really cold. My feet are soaked after wadding through a snowy muddy slush to reach the generator that currently powers the Catterick warehouse. They sit atop the electric radiator trying to warm up as I type. Steam rises briefly from them.

I suspect you and your mother are still asleep. It is 9:18am after all! You stirred a little as I rose earlier on. A few glances casts towards me as I came back into the bedroom after a hot shower. As if to say ‘this is my sleep time daddy, what are you doing!’ :)

Oh for that warm water now!

Someday I think, I hope, I will look back on this time with a set of rose tinted glasses. The time we operated from two cold warehouses...

Ah you are maybe not asleep anymore. Your mother has just sent across a couple of photos of you looking rather cute in a bunny hat. You do not look best pleased!
